How to report concerns, request investigation and seek further escalation.
Published by Billbring Payment Solution Pvt ltd · Effective date: To be confirmed
Billbring Payment Solution Pvt ltd aims to treat complaints fairly and respectfully and help users understand the status of transaction and service issues. Where another regulated bank, biller, network or payment partner is responsible, Billbring will route eligible issues to the relevant participant.
Contact Billbring customer care at +91 8796883271 or use the website Contact Us page. Include registered mobile/merchant details, transaction ID or RRN, amount, date, service, and a brief description. Do not share passwords, PINs, OTPs or other authentication secrets.
We will record and acknowledge complaints through the available support channels and provide a reference or tracking method where supported. No fixed acknowledgment/resolution service-level promise is published here until operational readiness has been verified; mandatory timelines applicable to particular payment rails continue to apply.
The support team may verify transaction records and engage relevant banks, payment networks, billers, operators or other participants. Failed, duplicate, pending, unauthorised or incorrectly processed transactions follow the applicable investigation, reversal and compensation framework.
If the initial response is delayed or unsatisfactory, request escalation through the same customer-care channel, quoting your previous complaint reference. Billbring must publish its verified designated Grievance Officer’s name/designation, contact email and applicable working hours before go-live; these details have not been provided.
Depending on the regulated entity involved and the nature of the complaint, an eligible complainant may seek the applicable bank/payment-partner escalation and RBI Complaint Management System/Ombudsman mechanism, subject to jurisdiction, eligibility and any prescribed prior-complaint or waiting requirements. See https://cms.rbi.org.in/ for the RBI complaint portal; not all disputes qualify.
Report suspected unauthorised activity promptly through customer care and the relevant bank or regulated provider. In India, suspected cyber financial fraud may also be reported to the national cybercrime portal (https://cybercrime.gov.in/) or the 1930 helpline, as appropriate. A report does not itself guarantee recovery.
